In addition, the Del Mar Fair takes place two weeks of the year and starts in the middle of June. There are a lot of concerts, booths, and rides on this fair.

Finally, you can check Coronado Beach if you are looking for something completely different. This beach is located on Coronado Island and you can go there by car, bus, taxi or private shuttle. The island is linked to San Diego with a bridge. Many people go there in order to practice surfing because the waves are ideal for beginner surfers. Although this beach is known as a family beach, young people can find many interesting activities while they are at Coronado beach.
